At The Skateboard Shop, we want you to be fully stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment and apparel in its original packaging. Please note that once a skateboard deck has been gripped or assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in brand-new condition, including original tags and shrink-wrap on decks, within 30 days of the delivery date.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original shipping box and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
